The city of Sevlievo is an important industrial center, located in a hollow of the same name, 40 km long, 10 km wide, with an altitude of 21 m, surrounded by the heights of the Sevlievo Pre-Balkan-Krushov bair, Kormyanski bair, Strazhata, Bukhalite Razlatec, Cherni vrah 1199 m/. The city lies on the 15-meter left bank terrace of the Rositsa River. The rivers Vidima, Loposhnica and their tributaries also flow through the hollow. To the south, Rositsa enters the Beliya bryag gorge. In Sevlievo, the roads from Sofia-Lovech-Veliko Tarnovo-Varna cross with Pleven-Sevlievo-Gabrovo, as well as roads from the towns of Troyan-Apriltsi and Pavlikeni-Sukhindol. It is located 27 km northwest of Gabrovo and 49 km west of Veliko Tarnovo.
